During the working as an independent head at 11 Educational and IT organizations, I leaded a strong team of about 700 different members and guided nearly 13000 students and helped them to slaughter their career to new levels. As General Manager Education, I worked for 7.3 years as Incharge of Information Technology College, Management & Commerce College, Industrial Training Institute, Sr. Secondary School (English Medium) & Sr. Secondary School (Hindi Medium). My endeavor for 6 years [during 2003-2009] as Principal from the start of residential college of Information Technology which is approved by AICTE & affiliated to UOR, Jaipur, MLSU, Udaipur and Rajasthan Technical University, Kota results in an environment of Gurukul producing ethical, professional & behavioral pleasing students with 100% result & placement. As a member in inspection team of RTU, Kota inspected various colleges for MCA affiliation. I am also working as Advisor in I.T. organizations, Educational groups & business units (Chirpn, S.Tech group & Agpyle Group). I am also involved with social & self built organizations working for development of students & rural masses. |

I took some great seminars on topics like GIST, DTP, VR, AI, Web, Multimedia, ERP, E-com, VRT, Networking and Mainframe and organised many workshops & conferences successfully. Analysed & implemented the web /software / Hardware solutions for companies & Govt. organizations. Developed the job oriented courses for rural students like CIYC, CompAct, IIYC&P, PIVB, PSP&PE, Fmultimedia & BLC. I am also paper setter for University of Kota & Rajasthan University, Jaipur. |

While pursuing my Master of Computer Applications degree at M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur, I minored in Entrepreneurship. I innovatively involved in overall works related to academics, marketing, HR, liaison and accounts in starting, running and exiting high growth to College, Computer training company & its franchise network, Industrial Training Institute, School, Software Development unit, IT enabled ventures, Personality development & language institute, Computer training to schools & corporate & data automation of bank. I also actively involved in setting up restaurant, Motel, Hostel, Mess, Water Bottle Plant & Tour & Travel business. I worked to provide the database of blood donors on websites for human cause. I am a regular keynote speaker on the subjects of pleasing personality, career in IT, quality, mind power, meditation, leadership, cleanliness, investment, IT & empowerment & creation of new business ventures and spoke at numerous events, conferences and functions.
